Account & Registration

If the balance still has not updated after 10–15 minutes, take a screenshot of the payment confirmation from JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank and send it to support via email. Withdrawals

If a match is officially abandoned before reaching the minimum required overs (as defined by the sport's governing body), all bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned to your account. No. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Your real money balance (deposited funds) can usually be withdrawn at any time subject to normal withdrawal rules.
